Synopsis:

Authorizing specified suppliers of motor fuel to engage in, sponsor, promote, advertise, or otherwise perform or participate in games of chance at specified retail service stations under specified circumstances; providing that specified suppliers authorized to participate in games of chance may not require a retail service station to participate in a game of chance; etc.
