Tanning Devices - Use by Minors - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting owners, employees, and operators of tanning facilities from allowing minors to use specified tanning devices; prohibiting owners, employees, and operators of tanning facilities from distributing to minors passes, coupons, or packages redeemable for use of a tanning device; providing that the Act does not preempt specified measures to regulate the sanitary operation of tanning facilities; etc.
