Requiring the State Board of Education to inform county boards of education of a specified decision; authorizing specified parties to appeal the decision of the State Board of Education to the Office of Administrative Hearings within a specified time frame; requiring the Office of Administrative Hearings to conduct a hearing and issue a decision within a specified time frame and according to specified provisions of law; etc.
