Prescription Confidentiality Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting patient-identifiable or prescriber-identifiable information from being licensed, transferred, used, or sold for any commercial purpose by specified entities; making specified provisions relating to prescription information inapplicable to specified actions under specified circumstances; prohibiting specified provisions relating to prescription information from being construed to prohibit specified actions; etc.
