Criminal Gang Activity - Gang Solicitation

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from soliciting, inviting, recruiting, encouraging, or otherwise causing or attempting to cause an individual to participate in a criminal gang; and applying a misdemeanor penalty that imposes on a person who is convicted of a violation of the Act a term of imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
