Synopsis:

Adding specified felonies to the list of underlying crimes that may form the basis for conviction of participation in criminal gang activity; requiring a sentence imposed for a second or subsequent offense of participation in criminal gang activity to be separate from and consecutive to a sentence for a specified crime; establishing penalties for a conviction as a gang leader; etc.
