Entitled:
Procurement - Minority Business Enterprises - Waiver Requirements

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified units of government from waiving the obligations of a contractor relating to minority business participation unless the contractor publishes a solicitation for minority business participation, does not receive a response to the solicitation, and at least 30 days have passed since the date the solicitation was published.
