Campaign Finance Reform Act of 2010

Synopsis:

Repealing the Public Financing Act for gubernatorial candidates; altering specified limits on specified contributions and transfers; authorizing the governing body of a county to enact laws to regulate public campaign finance activity for specified county elective offices and specified candidates for election to those offices; establishing a system of public financing of campaigns for specified General Assembly candidates; creating the Public Election Fund and providing for the inclusion of specified money in the Fund; etc.
