Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - St. Mary's School Gymnasium and Multi-Purpose Room

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $25,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to St. Mary of the Assumption for the construction of the St. Mary's School Gymnasium and Multi-Purpose Room, located in Upper Marlboro; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; prohibiting the use of the loan proceeds or matching funds for sectarian religious purposes; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
