Residential Home Sales - Disclosure of Utility Consumption

Synopsis:

Requiring a vendor of single family residential property to include in the listing of the property specified utility information for the 12 months before the date of the listing; requiring the vendor to submit specified utility information to the Maryland Association of Realtors; requiring the vendor to update the submitted utility information every 6 months during the period the property is listed for sale; requiring the vendor to provide to the purchaser specified materials and utility information; etc.
