Transportation - Littering and Securing Loads on Vehicles - Online Reporting of Violations and Issuance of Citations

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Highway Administration to establish an online reporting system that allows an individual to report violations of specified provisions of law relating to littering and to securing loads on vehicles; requiring the Administration to forward specified reports to specified local police departments; requiring a police officer with a local police department to conduct an investigation and mail a specified citation under specified circumstances; requiring the maintenance of specified records; etc.
