Baltimore City - Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages - Unlicensed Restaurants

Synopsis:

Prohibiting, with an exception, an establishment in Baltimore City that is not licensed by the Board of License Commissioners from performing specified activities, including giving, serving, or dispensing alcoholic beverages on its premises; authorizing specified restaurants not licensed by the Board to allow a patron to consume alcoholic beverages during a specified time under specified conditions; authorizing the Baltimore City Police Department to take specified actions; repealing provisions concerning bottle clubs; etc.
