State Employees - Collective Bargaining - "The Fair Share Act" - Repeal

Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law authorizing collective bargaining negotiations pertaining to specified State employees to include negotiations relating to the right of an employee organization to receive service fees from nonmembers; and repealing an exemption for employees with specified religious beliefs and a requirement that the employees pay a specified amount of money to a specified charitable organization.
