Homeowners' Property Tax Credit - Assessment Limit

Synopsis:

Increasing from $300,000 to $450,000 the maximum assessed value of a dwelling on which the Homeowners' Property Tax Credit is computed; increasing the maximum assessed value of a dwelling on which the credit is computed for taxable years beginning after June 30, 2011, by a cost-of-living adjustment percentage determined by the Department of Assessments and Taxation based on the increase in the Consumer Price Index; etc.
