Habitual Drunk and Drugged Driving - Revocation and Refusal of Registration, License, and Driving Privilege

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to revoke the registration of or refuse to register any vehicle owned by a person who is convicted of subsequent alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses; requiring the Administration to revoke the driver's license or privilege to drive of a person who is convicted of subsequent alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses; etc.
