State Retirement and Pension System - Funding
 
Altering the determination of the State's contribution for the several
systems of the State Retirement and Pension System; increasing the
number of years unfunded liabilities of the State Retirement and
Pension System shall be amortized from 25 years to 30 years; requiring
the State's actuary to calculate a specified alternative contribution
rate for the Employees' Retirement and Pension Systems and the
Teachers' Retirement and Pension Systems; etc.
