Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Analysis and Reduction of Racial and Ethnic Health Care Disparities

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to require staff of the Maryland Medical Assistance Program to work with the Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities to carry out analyses, develop strategies, provide guidance, and submit reports relating to racial and ethnic health care disparities among Program enrollees.
