Child in Need of Supervision Pilot Program - Expansion and Extension

Synopsis:

Expanding the Child in Need of Supervision Pilot Program to include Cecil, Montgomery, and Prince George's counties; extending the termination date of the Pilot Program in Baltimore City and Baltimore County; requiring the Governor to include a specified general fund appropriation in the budget bill for specified fiscal years to implement the continuation and expansion of the Pilot Program; etc.
