Commercial Law - Gasohol and Gasoline Products - Provision to Noncontrolled Outlets

Synopsis:

Altering the circumstances under which specified distributors must provide gasoline products to specified noncontrolled outlets at a specified wholesale price; and altering the definition of "independent jobber" for purposes of the Gasohol and Gasoline Products Marketing Act.
