Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to study the feasibility and desirability of establishing an online Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Verification System to verify the compliance of a motor vehicle owner or operator with motor vehicle liability insurance requirements and proof of security requirements; requiring the study to examine specified matters; and requiring the Administration to report its findings on or before a specified date.
