Electric Companies - Overhead Transmission Lines - Requirements
Prohibiting an electric company from beginning construction on an
overhead transmission line that is designed to carry a voltage in
excess of 69,000 volts or exercising a right of condemnation in
connection with the construction unless the electric company first
meets specified conditions and has an ownership that meets specified
criteria; etc.
