Requiring a county to install a fire sprinkler system when
constructing a new firehouse or conducting a major renovation of an
existing firehouse; requiring a county to conduct a feasibility study
on or before a specified date on the installation of fire sprinkler
systems or other fire suppression systems in existing firehouses; and
requiring each county and Baltimore City to report to the General
Assembly on or before a specified date.
