Creation of a State Debt - Cecil County - Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenway

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $125,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenway, Inc. for the construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenway, located in Perryville; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
