Natural Resources - Crab Pots - Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring, on or after June 1, 2011, new crab pots placed in the waters of the State for commercial purposes to be biodegradable or to be outfitted with a biodegradable panel designed to allow crabs and other marine organisms to escape from the crab pot if the crab pot is lost or abandoned.
