General Assembly Compensation Commission - Legislative Pension Plan

Synopsis:

Requiring the General Assembly Compensation Commission to establish a Legislative Pension Plan for members of the General Assembly that provides retirement benefits that are equal to retirement benefits received by State employees; and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
