State Highway Administrator - County Construction Projects - Duty to Provide Notice

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Highway Administrator, on receipt of a request from a county for an engineering review or approval that is required for a construction project to receive federal funding, to notify the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation and specified representatives of railroad employees and other persons of the request; etc.
