Requiring the Secretary of Disabilities to request that the
Interagency Disabilities Board revise the State Disabilities Plan at
least once every 4 years; clarifying the duties of the members of the
Commission to include serving on one or more subcommittees established
by the Secretary to provide specified guidance to the Department of
Disabilities on matters affecting individuals with disabilities;
eliminating the Personal Assistance Services Advisory Committee; etc.
