Family Law - Criminal History Records Checks - Employees and Employers in Facilities and Other Individuals That Care for or Supervise Children

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to approve other locations for specified criminal history records checks; requiring a nongovernmental agency, organization, or employer primarily serving minors and specified home health or residential service agencies that provide health services for minors to require employees and employers to obtain a specified criminal history records check; authorizing the Department to waive a specified fingerprint requirement under specified circumstances; etc.
