Synopsis:

Altering the duties of the Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to include promoting the general welfare of individuals who are deafblind; altering the name and the membership of the Maryland Advisory Council on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to include the Secretary of Aging or the Secretary's designee and a member of the general public who is a person with special knowledge or expertise relating to services to individuals who are deafblind; etc.
