Triple Tax Relief Act

Synopsis:

Allowing a subtraction modification under the State income tax for an individual's federal income tax liability, as reduced by specified credits; limiting the subtraction modification, for a taxpayer filing an individual return, to $500, $1,500, and $3,000 for tax years 2010, 2011, and 2012 and beyond, respectively; limiting the subtraction modification, for a taxpayer filing a joint return, to $1,000, $3,000, and $6,000 for tax years 2010, 2011, and 2012 and beyond, respectively; etc.
