Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Archivist to review, evaluate, and make recommendations to the General Assembly regarding State designations on request, or at the State Archivist's discretion; requiring the State Archivist to review, evaluate, and make recommendations to the General Assembly regarding State designations at the request of the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House, or the chairs of specified legislative committees; etc.
