Real Property - Installation and Use of Clotheslines on Residential Property
Providing that a contract, a deed, a covenant, a restriction, an
instrument, a declaration, a rule, a bylaw, a lease agreement, a
rental agreement, or any other document concerning the installation or
use of clotheslines on specified residential property may not prohibit
a homeowner or tenant from installing or using a clothesline on
specified residential property.
