Election Law - Notices to Candidates - Mailing

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Elections or a local board of elections, if the State Board or the local board is required to mail a notice to a candidate under any provision of law, to mail the notice to a candidate's home address if the notice was not originally mailed to the candidate's home address and the notice was returned to the State Board or the local board as undeliverable.
