Maryland Employment Opportunity Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against the State income tax and insurance premium tax for specified wages paid and qualified child care or transportation expenses incurred by specified business entities with respect to qualified employment opportunity employees; providing for the calculation and use of the credit; providing for the administration of the tax credits; applying the Act to tax years after 2009; etc.
