Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to deduct 2 points from a
specified individual's driving record if the individual attends a
specified driver improvement program or driver safety program;

an individual's driving record in a 2-year period; requiring the
Administration to apply a specified point deduction in a specified
manner; etc.
