Requiring the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to hold
specified public education sessions; requiring specified valuation
records to be included in specified notices; altering the

and cards; altering the number of days in which an assessment notice
may be appealed; providing that property owners have the right to
record specified property tax assessment appeal hearings under
specified circumstances; etc.
