Income Tax - Subtraction Modification - Furlough Days
Providing a subtraction modification under the State income tax equal
to $500 for each day an employee of the State or a county government
is furloughed during the year; providing that the subtraction
modification may not exceed a specified amount during specified
taxable years; applying the Act to taxable years beginning after
December 31, 2009; etc.
