Exempting a specified affordable housing land trust agreement from the
application of the common law rule against perpetuities; authorizing
an affordable housing land trust agreement to be recorded in the land
records; exempting an affordable housing land trust agreement from
specified provisions relating to a possibility of reverter and right
of entry and the creation and redemption of reversionary interests;
requiring the Department to maintain an online list of registered
affordable housing land trusts; etc.
