Entitled:

Ratepayer Relief Act of 2010

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an electricity supplier from recovering specified costs incurred in complying with the renewable energy portfolio standard, including costs resulting from specified compliance fees and from connecting wind-powered electric generation facilities to the grid; repealing a specified provision authorizing the recovery of specified compliance fees under specified conditions; and repealing a specified provision related to the waiver of the ability to recover specified compliance fees.
