Synopsis:

Exempting public charter schools that are located on property within a federal military base in the State from specified admission requirements; authorizing the State Board of Education to grant a specified waiver under specified circumstances; requiring specified public charter schools to admit specified students on a lottery basis under specified circumstances; etc.
