Requiring a title insurer domiciled in the State to have and maintain
a specified paid-in capital stock with a fixed nominal or par value in
a specified amount as of specified dates; altering a specified
percentage of risk premiums for title insurance that specified title
insurers must originally assign to specified reserves; altering the
dates as of which specified reserves shall be calculated in a
specified manner; altering the portions and timing of release of
specified excess reserves; etc.
