State Government - Silver-Haired Legislature

Synopsis:

Establishing the Silver-Haired Legislature; requiring the legislature to be a bicameral legislature with each house made up of specified members and modeled after the General Assembly; requiring the legislature to work with the Department of Aging to adopt specified bylaws and procedures, meet once a year to conduct a specified model legislative session, and advise and work with the Governor and the General Assembly regarding the legislature's legislative priorities; etc.
