Synopsis:

Creating in Anne Arundel County an alcoholic beverages entertainment complex license; specifying the type of facility for which a license may be issued; specifying the privileges of the license; specifying the persons to whom a license may be issued; declaring that the holder of the license may obtain another alcoholic beverages license; stating that the license allows the playing of music and dancing; and providing for a $7,500 annual fee.
