Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2007 to expand the authorized purposes of a grant to the Board of Supervisors of the St. Mary's Soil Conservation District to include acquisition, planning, and design of the St. Mary's Agriculture Service Center, located in Leonardtown.
