Public Utility Companies - Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Programs - Review of Competitive Selection Procedures

Synopsis:

Requiring, as part of a specified review, the Public Service Commission to make a determination concerning procedures for the competitive selection of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration service providers; requiring the Commission to review annual updates of electricity savings and demand reduction plans and make a specified determination; requiring the Commission to approve or affirm specified electricity savings and demand reduction plans at a specified interval; etc.
