Synopsis:

Establishing collective bargaining rights for specified law enforcement officers represented by the State Law Enforcement Officers Labor Alliance; specifying which police employees are eligible to participate in the collective bargaining process; establishing that the Act applies only to the negotiation of a specified memorandum of understanding; requiring specified individuals or entities to designate one or more representatives to participate as a party in collective bargaining; etc.
