Electrology Practice Committee - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation
Continuing the Electrology Practice Committee in accordance with the
provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (sunset law) by
extending until July 1, 2023, the termination provisions relating to
the statutory and regulatory authority of the Committee; requiring
that an evaluation of the Committee and the statutes and regulations
that relate to the Committee be performed on or before July 1, 2022;
and requiring the State Board of Nursing to submit specified reports.
