Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2009 - Anne Arundel County - Historical Freetown Renovation

Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2009 to extend the deadline for the Board of Directors of the Freetown Improvement Association to present evidence that a matching fund will be provided; and requiring that the Board of Public Works expend or encumber the proceeds of the loan by June 1, 2012.
