Authorizing the State Board of Architects to issue retired status
licenses to licensed architects under specified circumstances;
prohibiting the holder of a retired status license from engaging in
the practice of architecture; authorizing the holder of a retired
status license to use the designation "architect emeritus"; and
authorizing the Board to reactivate a license to practice architecture
for an individual holding a retired status license under specified
circumstances.
