Requiring specified insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for specified telemedicine services in a specified manner; prohibiting specified insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations from excluding from coverage a specified telemedicine service for specified reasons; etc.
